Sorry I'm not in CT, but I am in Indiana, part of the Americas
last time I checked.... :-)

Last October, when I bought my 86 5kcstq, I had to have it immediately
tested. The tsting center had moved to a new facility. And yes, it has
a dyno for 4WD/AWD testing. The front set of wheels was on one big roller,
and the rear set of wheels on another big roller. The rear roller was 
adjustable (of course). Saw it with my own four eyes....
