   Sure ... use the more expensive all-metal valve stems and make sure you

Counterpoint -- I had the nice fancy expensive all-metal valve stems
on the nice fancy alloys on my UrQ -- the damn *(#^ $#^&$*) !@$&ing
valve cap corroded/welded itself to the stem, and *SNAPPED OFF* rather
than unscrewing.

I was less than pleased . . . and have opted for "cheap rubber" stems
since them (and replace them every time the tire is off the wheel).
