Sure ... use the more expensive all-metal valve stems and make sure you
always keep the caps on.  That way, should the centripetal forces acting on
the valve stem overcome the spring and cause it to compress, air won't
escape from the tire.  Taping the weights on is also a good idea if you're
planning to drive at these speeds ... had one let go with a loud bang once
as it bounced off the bottom of the car at 165mph.  Scared me silly...
