9004 to 9007 conversion

This was mentioned several days ago and I'm wondering if there's a How-to FAQ
somewhere? The headlamp unit and wiring require "minor modification"- how
minor is minor?  Is this upgrade based on using higher wattage bulbs or do the
55W 9007's just plain outperform the 55W 9004? I couldn't find anything in the archives.
	BTW, Thank you Todd Young for the tip on how to search the archives.

they would like in Win 98, and most of the requests were for features they
already had, but didn't know about. (Todd's tip is a feature of Netscape 4
with which I wasn't familiar)
