my comment was more of a tongue in cheek comparison of your blatant
disregard for one of the laws with the comment that "everyone" should
meet some strict legal standard.  Obviously while you are being tested
you would keep this a secret, so you would pass.  Unless you got so used
to it that you forgot it was a law...  My point being, we all have our
pet peeves and our personal scofflaw issues - which may be someone
else's pet peeve, and of course vice versa.  The road can be a scary
place at times!
