  Interesting.  I have Ned's chip and after weeks of troubleshooting ,
 with plenty of help from you, it appears the computer is OK.  Heat 
is definitely the culprit in my  high boost/surge problem.  I Thought 
extra horsepower over Ned's chip is stiffer WG spring.  Ned claims 
about 60 hp.  So if Ned has tricked coolant sensor, that wouldn't 
explain why  my car still has heat related problem.  And given Ned's 
penchant for retaining factory safeguards, I would be surprised if 
this is what he's done. Of course, since Ned monitors list, he can 
let us know!!
