Solution to all driving problems

  I've got the solution for the drunks on the road, and every other annoyance
for that matter.  For some time now I have been of the opinion that everyone
needs to be allocated 2 free 'kills'.  Sort of like 'get out of jail free'
cards.  Someone cuts you off, you blast them.  Survival, not of the fittest,
but of the most courteous drivers.  Wait for the cops, hand them one of your
two 'free kill' cards, and you're on your way.  You watch how quickly people
stop hogging the left lane, tailgating, and driving under the influence.
