It's not the switch that gives you that functionality.  There is a
electronic window control unit that looks like a relay, and you need to
do a lot of custom wiring to make it work on a 4000.  I have done
it, and it's not trivial.

The bonus is that not only do you get one touch express-down on the
driver's side window, you also get the retained power after you
shut off the ignition (the windows remain operable until you open
the driver's door).
