I could swear my 200's is.  Flat black.  I'll check on the way to mowing
the lawn :)

My old 5000's block has no paint now if it did at one time; I wish it did
because it's getting kinda rusty.  The top valve cover on all 10v's was
painted black, but the paint has just about completely worn off on the 5k.
