H4 alignment

1% slope.

Park up close to a white wall.  Make a mark level with the centre of
the lights.  Make another mark 10cm below this.  Move the car back
10 metres.  Align the beam cutoffs on the lower mark.

If flashed by oncoming drivers, increase slope by 1cm at a time until
everyone coming the other way is happy.
