Ok, my headlight switch is a stalk switch, no light in it. It doesn't
get warm on parking brakes (with 20watt halogen city lights), gets warm
with 80watt low-beams on, gets hot (even through the steering column
shroud) on 400watt high-beams. Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions in
ignorance. It makes me nervous, so I'll go to relays as soon as I get
an evening off to do it.
