Re: I'm not happy with AoA's client services. Anyone else?
Hi Sean
You forgot your dealing with Audi, where you buy what they have to sell at
their price when they feel like selling it to you. Actually they don't have to
do anything...legally as you know. It seems like they are less interested in
servicing existing customers thean going to all the effort to find new ones.
What's wrong with that picture. Many manufacturer's would fix it quick on
order to maintain harmony. Although under US law even under warranty they
can't require you to service with a dealer, it is tradional in Europe to
frequent the dealer if you want the time of day from them.
Has any one looked into class action suits,(remember its the American way)
with regard to such things as these head gaskets ($1500 job) or cat converters
($900 each) as these items fail on a regular basis? As a dealer Audi wont even
talk to me, I have less than no clout. Only the original selling dealer or the
car owner gets any response.
