95 Sport 90; Flashers/Turn Signal Stall

I have a '95 Sport 90 (FWD) whose flashers/turn signals just stalled.
When you apply either a turn signal or the emergeny flashers, the lights
(both outside and the instrument panel indicators) come on and stay on.
A few seconds later they might "click" rapidly, but not blink off and
on.  All the bulbs are working and all the fuses are o.k.  I suspect the
flasher "module" in the fuse box.  Any ideas?
