Mystery cam

All that pick-a-part talk sent me down to Ecology wrecking and I found a cam
laying inside an '82 5000 turbo engine bay. The engine was torn apart- parts
everywhere, K26 still in there, too- ugly but there. I understand turbo cams
can be an upgrade in NA cars, so is this indeed the cam from this car and
would it drop in a KX (hydraulic lifters) engine? No clear part # on it, this
info is spread between the lobes:

and 180 degrees around:
