FW: Uh - Oh, SubFrame

This morning I was pulling away from a curb in Boulder and a lady
started yelling I'd run over a "nail."  She picked up the "nail" and
handed it to me, instantly recognizeable as a sub-frame bolt.  All the
threads were completely stripped on the thing.  So...  How do you
replace teh "nut" that the bolt goes into?  This is the bolt that goes
on the right rear of the subframe (at the passengers wheel.)

Maybe I should have mentioned the vehicle - it's an 88 5k CD TQ.
