I really used to enjoy driving down through the US from Canada a few years
ago.  Here in the Great White North we have had daytime running lights
mandated by law for many years.  We would be cruising down the Interstate at
a reasonable clip and I would be so impressed that everyone seemed to
immediately pull into the slow lane as we approached from the rear.  Turns
out they thought we were we a ghost car just because we had headlights on
during the day.  I doubt this works anymore as now you folks south of the
border are also getting DRLs.
