Help with 1984 Cuope GT 2.1 L engine truoble

Fellow Audi Fans,

	Help.  I was driving back from a camping trip and my coupe had been running fine except 12 miles per gallon.  It was 104 degrees and the car didn't have any heat problem even climbing the worst hill in Utah (parleys summit)  When I got to the city and started to slow down the car started to shake and I lost a lot of power.  The engine vibrates quite a bit especially when revved.Any ideas as to what the problem might be?  I jus spent $110 on a tune-up, (air filter fuel filter sparkplugs, adjustment etc.  I think maybe the problem is the spark plug wires, althuogh they look fairly new.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
