Flywheels on I-5 engines

Well, as the normally aspirated Coupe GT project prepares to advance
beyond the planning stages, and the clutch appears ready to puke anyway,
it's time to investigate this arena.

Goal--find and install the lightest flywheel available for the I-5
engine. According to the 4k turbo conversion page, the lightest is the
Audi 200 at about 15 lbs. What I would like to know is what does the
CGT one weigh in comparison? A 4kq is 22lbs, but is larger than the
Coupe as I recall. So there may be no advantage to changing it(?).
Yeah, I could just machine mine down, but it would probably be cheaper
to locate a used one off a 200 or other car than to pay a machine shop
to lighten and balance one. And, of course, I'll need to know this stuff
before I order the clutch (recommendations on brands gladly heard).

And yes, it's a 5 speed.
