I should think so, except I wouldn't try running them so that both high and
low beam are on at once on high beams. 

Wait a minute, if these are Euro lights, then don't they have separate bulbs
for low and high beam?  Or is there an additional h-3 bulb in place of  the
notoriously useless parking/running lights in the DOT version to make use of
high beam reflectors on the euro version? I would think the later...
