Interesting you should mention sludge remover. I had some work done a while
back on my '74 Peugeot (of which I'm probably the 5th or 6th owner). The
mechanic (who has a good reputation) put some in with the oil change and had
me come back for another oil change in 200 miles. I didn't get a brand name
on the stuff, but it was made in Germany.
