Jetronic cleaner and sludge remover

The Parts Connection lists 2 items I was fairly interested in; Jetronic
cleaner and "oil sludge remover."

Any experiences/recommendations with this stuff?  I've been putting in some
heavy miles and Boomer's due for an oil change.  If the sludge remover
works well, I might as well use it.  BTW, I'm very familiar with the
ATF(and MMO) meathods, but I'm interested in something a little more, well,
"civilized" I guess.

I'm also interested in recommended fuel deposit removers.  I ran a bottle
through and the car didn't like it very much, but was much happier
afterwards(and got ever to slightly better economy.)
