more- 87 5ktq purchase problems

looking at a 87 5ktq with 110 k miles on it.

needs parking brake, 4 discs and pads.  also ABS light is stuck on 'ABS
off',  hood latch doesn't work,  rear power window on driver's side does not
work.  seems to have very loud tappet noise.  no history on car.
