Re: Camaraderie

Both Blaufergnugen and Schaumberg Audi are relitively close to you.
Blau is located in Menomenie. Go straight up Lake Michigan until youre
even with Appleton and youre pretty much there. Schaumberg is an outer
ring suburb of Chicago. They are known for their throttle bodies, I
think. Haven't had any personal experiance with either, just have seen
ads and the like. Unfortunately, I am unaware as to where to find good
service in this area(all the CGT has needed has been a distributor and a
tie rod end. The last thing I raced was Bicycles(road). I'm currently
a corner marshial for the Central Roadracing Association(motorcycles) at
Brainerd Intl. Raceway. I plan to have a racebike in about two years,
which will probably put an indefinite hold on racing any cars, but there
are always pipe dreams. Right now, I'm enjoying working at the track
and am eagerly anticipating the A.M.A. pro races coming up July 31 thru
Aug 2nd. I am still high from the regional races this past weekend. I
figure that bikes are so much easier to get into financialy, and are a
bit closer to what I have actually raced from a tactical and skills
viewpoint. Come on up, it's fun for the whole family, camping right at
the track, and lots of fast action.
