RE: Microfiche reader FS

I purchased my fiche from Dynament, which is VW of America, the size of 
the fiche is about 4.25x6 inches. Thaat is whu I suggested using the 
local library or high school. Sorry. Didn't know there waws another size 
floating around out there.

The problem isn't the reader, the problem is the fiche (kind of an egg v
chicken arguement).  The VW and audi microfiche sheets are approx 8" x 10"
(Apologies for non-US listers, these fiche are no doubt metric in
dimension).  The standard fiche reader like at the library or university 
or
print shop accepts smaller microfiche which are then placed under the 
little
lifting glass panel.

The 1984-88 5000TQ uses the W42-558-001 F,
The 1989-91 100/200 uses the W42-558-002 F, 

They also supply owners manuals for about $10. Audi dealer wouldn't 
bother ordering it. Gave me the phone #  1-800-544-8021.
