5KCSTQ rear window lifts/cigar lighter lockout

Quattro List,

The rear window lift/cigar lighter lockout has ceased to function -
always locked.   I checked the lockout switch on the driver's door and
it's OK, it supplies power when pushed in.  Both rear window lifts work
when operated from driver's door so the motors are OK.

I noticed that there is a relay for the power windows.  Is there a
separate relay for the "lockout" switch?  Has anyone had this problem
before?
