FULL size passenger door mirror for U.S. A4's

When I went to the UK in June, Igor had asked me to price the
full sized right-side door mirror assembly (with much better
visibility than the truncated passenger mirror we get on the
U.S. A4's).  So I puzzled over the microfiche at the dealer's
-- who'd've guessed there are so many mirror variants? -- and
found (in summary) that it would cost GBP205 (approx $340)
PLUS V.A.T. at 17.5% for the housing plus heated (convex)
mirror.  This was a little too expensive for Igor's or my
taste, but I thought I'd publish the part numbers here in
case anyone wants to find an import price that is (possibly)
lower...

   Mirror Housing (in black)  : 8D2 858 532 A 3FZ (=GBP155+VAT)
   Mirror (Convex- NOT heated): 4A2 857 536 AE    (=GBP32 +VAT)
   Mirror (Convex- Heated)    : 4A2 857 536 AC    (=GBP50 +VAT)

Note: It was difficult to tell if this included the electric
adjuster motor (though I think it DID).  But if not, I would
think that the old one should fit(?)
