Wierd ABS Behavior

Hi All:

Some of you may recall I ground-up one of my wheel speed sensors. 
John Karasaki provided me with one off of his parts car for quite a
nominal fee based on list price.  Thanks again John!

Anyway, my ABS light stays off now but the brakes feel like they are
going into that less than 5 mph test mode where they chatter/pulse at low
speeds.  This used to occur only at initial start-up and roll but now
it happens every time I come to stop.  At speeds above 5 or so mph
pedal feel is normal.

Thoughts?

P.S.  I have reseated the wheel speed sensor(s) with new spacing caps
      but same results.
