Additional rear drive shafts, boots, bearings, CV's Center drive shaft &  
bearing, Universal joint Center and rear differentials, locks, vacuum 
actuators, senders & harness, etc...

I agree with most of your issues brought up but these I have to disagree with. 
 Rear driveshafts rarely fail.  Personally in the 4 years I have been on this 
list I have not heard of anyone having to replace one.  I am sure there is but 
it is very rare.  Center driveshaft is a potential problem but not a very 
expensive one if done with alternative parts.  Rear diffs rarely fail.  Vacuum 
actuators are assuming a locker but even still not a common failure.  Senders 
and harnesses are also rare problems. 

 You are also assuming a turbo.  There were non turbo q 5k's to be had.
