Did this drop in mileage happen suddenly after the tune up?  Or
gradually over time?  Possible causes are a lazy oxigen sensor, a
coolant temperature sensor going bad, a missadjusted mixture, or just
plain dirty contacts.  Sounds like whoever did the tune up didn't do a
complete job.
