Help! Flaky ABS.

I finally got my 87 5kcst back on the road after replacing all the
clutch hydraulics.  Thanks for all the help.  I never would have gotten
it done without this group.  Now, after the clutch repair, my ABS is
intermittently activating on one or more of the front brakes under light
to moderate braking at low speed.  I get the pulsing pedal and front
feels like I'm braking on ice.  It even feels like its floating a bit
which makes me think its one front brake.  It seems to happen shortly
before reaching a stop.  Is this a characteristic of a misadjusted wheel
rotation sensor or should I be looking elsewhere?
