URQ k24 conversion parts list (please review/comment)
Hi, fellow fanatics. I *think* I have all the parts I need to do the
conversion on my urq. Would anyone that has completed a similar conversion
look at the list and let me know if I am missing anything.
Is there anything in particular I should look out for or be careful with?
At least taking these parts off the parts cars was straightforward.

URQ water cooled k24 conversion parts list
1. Steel pipe along engine
2. Short rubber coolant hose (3.5”) - connects to #1
3. Three medium hose clamps
4. Freeze plug with water nipple connection
5. Turbo to freeze plug hose (preformed steel w/ plastic tube lined rubber
hose attached)
6. Big (supply?) turbo oil line (steel with braided steel encased rubber
hose center section)
7. Steel water hose from turbo to #8 (routed behind timing belt cover)
8. L shaped steel water line with banjo head fitting (Buy new copper washers)
9. Short rubber hose (~2.5”) - connects #7 and #8
10. Small hose clamps for #9
11. Upper radiator hose fitting on engine block (Take out 3 sensors.
Determine which port(s) are used by the urq. Buy bolts to plug any unused
ports).
12. k24 turbo
13. Four (very expensive) turbo to downpipe nuts
14. Turbo to downpipe metal gasket
15. Two double threaded water connection ports on turbo (Buy new copper
washers)
16. Two allen head bolts - connects oil supply line to turbo
17. Gasket for #6
18. Two nuts - connects oil return line to turbo
19. Gasket for #20
20. Small (return?) turbo oil line
21. Turbo coolant pump
22. Upper radiator “T” hose (an additional short rubber hose and steel pipe
may be needed?)
23. Plate to mount #23 on (custom fabricate)
24. Hose from #21 to #1 (buy this from Carlson)
25. Passenger side engine mount
26. After-run pump relay and wiring harness
