Locally they have a "agressive driving" team, a guy in a grey
or blue Ford Aerostar van with thousands of dollars of video
equipment who cruises the highways looking for what they
term "agressive" drivers (flashing lights at people, speeding,
weaving, changing lanes without signalling - I meet only SOME
of those criteria...).  The van tags the "customer" and
radios ahead to a patrol car who then intercepts.

Think I need to add a scanner to my CB and Valentine...
