I agree. Quite normal. But that's how it started on mine. Then got
worse to the extent that I'd have to bang the clutch in in reverse in
order to disengage. I've said this before but I'm no mechanic, just a
pen pusher but I don't think the pneumatics are really up to the job
of engaing and disengaging a sticky mechanism.
