A8. Haven't seen any crash test data on V-8's either. I would think the
V-8's would be pretty good though.

I have a 1997 A8 brochure with pictures and crash data comparing the A8 and
the S class MB. Of course the A8 had less damage intrusion in a frontal and
side impact than the whale MB. Goes to show you......Aluminum is the metal of
the future!
I can't seem to find any data on the V8 in my brochures though....I will keep
looking. I imagine it is better than the 5K/100/100 due to it being slightly
bigger and more engine the the front to absorbe impact. I do have some data
on the A6 (C4), 5 out of 5 stars in frontal collision. But let's remember,
the USA's crash tests are NOT real world crashes.
