Sean,

The 91 is the least desirable of the V8's.  It has a lower ratio
gear set in it than the 1990 model.  This will make it rev less on 
the highway, but will also hurt acceleration.....

92-95 I believe have the same gear set, but they also have the 4.2
liter engine.  This more than makes up for the lower ratio. :-)
