With some companies, perhaps, but I'm reasonably confident that Allstate
will stand behind their policy if I ever make a claim.  I've never
misrepresented the car to them as being anything other than what it is and
my attorney swears that I'm covered if the error is on their side ... worst
case, he said, I'd be liable to pay the difference between the premium I was
charged and the premium I should have been charged.

Interesting bit about the zip code.  I just checked with my insurance
company and was surprised to find out my rates will increase by about 15
percent when I move to my new address, which is less than two miles away!
The crime rate isn't any worse there (per the City of Scottsdale Police
Department) so it must be the claims rate; in any event, it won't matter
since I will be (unofficially) renting my other house to a family member and
can continue to use the same address.

Interesting ... when I checked on a 944t two years ago, they quoted me
almost $1,500 per year as the fifth car on my policy.  I guess Allstate
doesn't want to insure poachers...
