Yes it does come with a manual.  I own one.  However these are REALLY rare.

Check the exhaust systems they tend to rust from the inside out.  Check the
front brakes and make sure the rotors are not warped.  If they are the
"bowl" kind they are expensive to replace.  They cannot be turned.  Check
the seat heating elements.  Should heat to the max in about 5 min.  Check
switches to make sure the light up and work.  Some of them you have to
replace the switch not the bulb.  The ISV valve tends to stick, however all
it really requires is a cleaning.  Make sure the timing belts were change
recently.  IE:  regardless of what the manual says, don't go over 60K
without changeing the timing belt.  I think that is about it on these cars.

I know there is a way.  However I am not sure what it is.  I do know that
the list has had a recent (within last week) about this topic.  Check the
past listings.
