1984 coupe ECU/Fuel Injection Power

Hello All,

You may have noticed that I ask a lot of questions and don't answer
any.  Thats because I don't Know anything.  I took my coupe down to Mark
Ruthfords house because he was giving me some parts and we decided to
try and find out why the gas mileage is so poor.  What we found is that
the ECU and Electronic part of the fuel injection are getting no power.
This is the early 1984 model with the mechanical fuel injection
system.  At first we thought the problem was the fuse, but soon found
that there was not spare fuse in the fuse box.  We thougth this is where
the fuse went.  The picture is the owners manuel doesn't show a row
there either.  Can anyone tell me where the fuse should go or at least
what color the wires are?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this would improve my power and
economy
