I came up behind one on the Stowe road into the back of Silverstone
the weekend before last.  We were both stuck behind a tractor, and
both heavily laden.  As he dragged past the tractor, I pulled out
to follow him and easily out-dragged him.  We repeated this a couple
of times on old vintage cars, then I dropped back for a bend to go
through faster and take him on the other side.  I had a clear 25-30
mph differential when I reached him and he then pulled out to block
me - "You're _not_ overtaking my Porsche!!"

I consigned him to the list of known assholes and held back till
Silverstone.
