There are some ads in Hemming's for places that offer this service but
they seem to be restricted to "metal buckets".

I talked to one guy who told me "if I can get my buffer in there I can
do it".I think the plastic reflectors are done with some no buff
process.
so you might have to hunt for a place that does that type.
