More 4kq Questions....

Yes, I know, I never shut up.  But I just got back from a mega-road trip to
Montreal and Quebec City, after I got back from Japan and I got to looking
at my car quite a lot.

1.) Massachusetts - Does MA require a front license plate?  I was thinking
of taking it off...Maybe putting something custom on there?

2.) Striping - Going to repaint the car the same red as it is now...I call
it "Chapped Lips" red and the striping on it obviously has to be taken off.
 It's gold on the top and black on the bottom, this is horribly tacky I
think so I'll be replacing it with two new colors.  Opinions?  Silver on
top, black on the bottom?

3.) Plastic housing - the plastic piece under the bumper on both ends of my
cars is getting pretty chipped.  Is there any easy way to have this
repainted or do I have to go to a body shop?
