Re: Porsche guys?

How well put Greg. I too have owne three of these fine cars in my pre-child
years and hope to again someday. I am just as excited about the Monterey
Historics in 10 days as I would be were I a present P-car owner. My affinity
to quattros is due in no small part to my love of the P-car. The be cousins
and there is a cross over. As far as a stigma goes...around here the stigma
goes squarly in the wmb and more recently in the suv direction. I do not see
the same arrogant in your face driving style I see from so many wmb drivers
around here. Porsche owners are typically enthusiasts like us here on the q-
list for the most part from what I have seen and I am not be embarrased at all
to drive one. As far as what other people think? I could care less. All cras
have their limitations and none are perfect...but as a sports car constructor
one must give Porsche their due, like them or not. My not-so-short .02 worth.
