Frank,

I did not mean my post to sound "negative" on the V8. Despite my
mechanical failures and problems with this car, I still love the V8.
Glad to hear that you've been fortunate with your car not to expereince
some the same problems that I and other V8 owners have. 

I was just giving my experiences, good, bad or indifferent to the lister
who requested information. I think I've been pretty even-handed in
expressiing my experiences.
