Well, the H&R springs are relatively soft, only 180lb/inch i think...But 
the coilover you can even do stock spring rates if you want...so the 
coilover is the best for flexibility...and the springs are pretty cheap 
too...

Well, hmm...if you go with the coilover (which is what i recommend if you 
want any kind of real performance upgrade) then figure 8 hours total for 
the conversion...unless of course you are handy with a welder....that 
includes changing the struts etc etc etc...

Well, if you go with the 2b, you can go direct from the source for

i just realized that a little while ago.  If you want a comfortable ride 
that is still great, tryto stay in the mid 200's as far as spring rates 
go...

and go with longer springs...9-10 inches are ideal...
