There is a article in the May issue of European Car, and they tested out 4
chips from Hoppen, TAP, Wetterauer and AMS respectively.  The test showed
that the Wetterauer and TAP chips provided the most gains, with the
Wetterauer chip showing the biggest torque improvements.  However, the
TAP chip had a better curve so it felt faster.

If you are going to do the chip/filter combo I would also suggest
purchasing
an exhaust system (not just a rear muffler box).  This will definitely help

the car breathe better and will compliment the said additions.
