Lighting questions

The 20v list seemed to have little to say on these items so I thought I 
might try the "Mother List" and get a broader range of opinions.

1.) Could someone please post a "quick and dirty" headlight aiming 
procedure?  I know I've seen it recently, but I couldn't find it in the 
archives.  Something about a white wall, and using marks 10 feet up and 10 
feet away.  ...can't quite remember.

2.) Does anyone think that a conversion to relays and upgraded wiring worth 
the trouble with stock (9004) or mildly upgraded (9007) bulbs?  If I'm not 
going to see some noticeable improvement, I'm going to just hold off on 
doing this until I get the Euro (H1/H4) lights.
