86 4kq buzzing noise at 4000 rpm

Greetings all,

I have just developed a strange buzzing noise at 4000 rpm.  The noise does
not occur while accelerating but only when at a steady 4000 rpm.  It's not
that loud but im wondering if im going to need valves or something like
that. Oh yes the car has 150k on the clock.

Also there was a thread some time ago regarding hesitation at 3000 rpm.  I
have that now too and was curious what the final resolution was.
