Mark,

Had same problem with 4kq.  I used to have to reach in to the dash on
either side via the entry ports every time and fiddle with the light
connector to get it to work.  Finnally got fed up and took the dash apart.
Not too hard on a 4k.  Removing and cleaning all the fittings did the
trick.  I have been fine ever since about 10k so far.
