fs/trade: 1985 Audi Coupe GT

For sale: '85 Audi Coupe GT, Red with brown/tan interior, 145-150K
miles (odo broke at 133K, have service records that show roughly when it
broke).

Good stuff:

Nice red paint
Interior in good shape
New Axxis front pads and resurfaced rotors
New rear wheel bearing
Water pump, timing belt, plugs, plug wires done a little over a year ago
New clutch master and slave cylinders a year ago
New accessory belts and brushes in alternator 6 mo. ago
Power windows (both replaced about 3 years ago) 
Power mirrors (driver's side doesn't work, passenger works well)
Tilting/removable sunroof
Goodyear Eagle GAs in good shape on Audi 5000 rims
Original rims included (w/ crap tires - was going to have rims repainted
	and put stickier tires on them)
Service records since about 1991, original manual, and window sticker
Alpine cassette head unit with four Alpine speakers (4" in front, 6" in
        rear)
Faceplate of Alpine rebuilt w/ new buttons and bulbs 9 mo. ago, plus
        converted to orange to match dash 


Bad stuff:

A few small rust spots
Tear in driver's seat
Could use new shocks

Asking $2150 or best offer, or trade for a VW Quantum wagon or Audi
5000/5000 wagon of equal value.    

I'm located in Indianapolis, but willing to meet someone halfway from
adjacent states if it might goto a good home ;)
