I, on the other hand, have had the same set of 80/100 9004's in my car
for the last 5 years. I have the relays and the wiring harness. I have melted
the connectors that "Competition bulbs" sent with the harness and had to
replace with the same connectors. A good clean connection is extremely
important here. Why mine have lasted this long and other folks haven't...I have
no idea. But the bottom line is that they are only a marginal improvement. I
have dremeled the new grove into a set of 80/130 9007's, but have never
installed them...is it the yellow and black wires that must be reversed:-\ The
Eurolights are really the only way to go, but it is tough justifying the
spending of $700.00 on lights for a car with a wholesale value of $1400.00. I
suppose it's a matter of love.
Have a fine weekend, folks,
happy motoring,
